Manufacturing equipment and processes are critical to ensuring the quality of the most important components
of our product—the forged ends and pin threads. SANHE's new state-of-the-art sucker rod factory, completed
in 2024, exemplifies this commitment to excellence.
The 100,000-square-foot facility features an optimized layout designed for seamless production, from raw
materials to finished products. Equipped with four fully automated forging machines, it sets a new standard
in efficiency and precision.
At SANHE, we are confident that we are raising the bar for sucker rod manufacturing quality.
Quality control does not stop at the factory gate. Ultimately, a product's quality is determined by its performance in the field. SANHE tracks product performance over its entire life-cycle and implements continuous improvement.
At SANHE, we ensure the highest quality raw materials for our sucker rod products by carefully selecting premium suppliers.
While we pay a premium for these materials, their superior quality justifies the cost.
We collaborate closely with suppliers' QA teams, leveraging our expertise and customer feedback to improve their quality
controls. Despite this trust, we maintain rigorous incoming inspections: each batch undergoes chemical analysis, rods are measured
for dimensions, and surface defects are identified using advanced EMI inspection systems, as used by Tuboscope.
Non-compliant materials are rejected, and entire batches are refused if defect rates exceed our standards, per supplier agreements.
By starting with reliable raw materials, SANHE ensures the foundation for exceptional end products.
